Booking FAQs
What is required to rent a pontoon?
Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. A security deposit and signed waiver are required. No boating license is needed for most of our locations, but basic boating knowledge is helpful.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
Do you offer multi-day rentals?
Yes! We offer discounted rates for multi-day rentals. Please contact us directly for the best rates on rentals of 3+ days.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain doesn't typically affect pontoon rentals. For severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule or provide a refund if necessary.
